Brief: Our brief was to create a new corporate identity and then apply it to their leaflets, exhibition panels, factory facia, vehicle liveries and their website. We were also requested to look at ways of using their website to strengthen customer relations and better promote the services they provide.
Our solution:The client requested that we prepare a series of different concepts from which one was chosen. We then produced the required printed material and signage.
We then worked with the client to create an on-line helpdesk for their customers to submit support queries. We also added a latest news feed to their Home Page so that visitors to the website can remain updated on the latest developments in this highly technical and innovative field.
